WHERE WE DELIVER

We deliver across India, free of charge, to every serviceable PIN code. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order with alternatives or a full refund. International shipping is not available at this time.

TIMELINES

Orders are packed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days from dispatch depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships; please allow 24 hours for tracking to activate. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. During festive seasons, dispatch may take a little longer — we would rather pack it right than pack it fast.

HOW YOUR ORDER ARRIVES

Every DUDUK ships flat, in slim fibre-based packaging — no plastic, no foam. Please check the outer carton for visible damage before accepting delivery. If the carton looks significantly damaged, you may refuse the delivery — it returns to us at no cost to you, and we will send a replacement.

If you notice damage after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photos — see our Return and Refund Policy for the quick claim process.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Need to change your delivery address? Write to hello@duduk.in before your order ships. Once dispatched, we cannot reroute a shipment, but we will do our best to help.

DELAYS

If your order has not arrived within the promised window, write to hello@duduk.in with your order number — we will chase it down and keep you updated until it is in your hands.
