Delivery, the DUDUK way

Free delivery across India on orders above ₹1,000. Orders below ₹1,000 carry a small delivery fee, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch times

• Playhouses: dispatched within 5–10 business days (each one is checked and packed to order).
• Accessories, decor and kits: dispatched within 2–4 business days.

During launches and festive seasons dispatch can take a little longer — the announcement bar on our site always shows the current timeline.

Delivery times

Once dispatched, orders are delivered by our courier partners (including Blue Dart) in 2–7 business days depending on your location — metros are usually fastest. You will receive an email with a live tracking link the moment your order ships, and updates as it travels.

When it arrives

If the outer packaging looks significantly damaged at delivery, please note it with the courier or refuse the parcel, and photograph it — it makes any claim instant. Report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy) and we will make it right with a free replacement.

Missed deliveries and address changes

Couriers attempt delivery up to three times. Need to change the delivery address? Write to hello@duduk.in before dispatch and we will update it.

Serviceability

We currently ship within India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — write to us and we will tell you the moment your country is on the map.
