Welcome to DUDUK (duduk.in). By browsing or buying from this site you agree to these terms, so please give them a read — we have kept them human.

1. Who we are

DUDUK is a brand of DUDUK International Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (GSTIN: 27AALCD2878H1Z8), with its registered office at B-002, Nyati Esteban, Undri, Pune, Maharashtra 411060, India. Contact: hello@duduk.in.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we email your order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, for pricing errors, suspected fraud or serviceability issues) — if payment was taken, it will be fully reversed.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are MRP inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST). Delivery within India is free. Payment is processed by secure third-party providers; EMI options, where shown, are provided by third parties (such as Snapmint) under their own terms. We never see or store your card details.

4. Safety and intended use

Our products are designed for children and comply with applicable Indian toy safety standards (BIS). Please follow the age guidance on each product, assemble products as instructed (adult assembly recommended), keep products away from open flames and sustained water, and supervise young children during assembly and decoration. Products are for indoor use unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping, exchanges and refunds

Delivery timelines are in our Shipping Policy. We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds; exchanges and replacements for damaged or defective items are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Both policies form part of these terms.

6. Our content

Everything on this site — the DUDUK name and logo, product designs, photographs, videos and text — belongs to us or our licensors. Please do not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission. Sharing your DUDUK moments on social media is not just allowed, it is encouraged — tag @duduktoys.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies to your order at the time you place it.
